DAY CAMP FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. ​What do I need to bring to Camp?

Here is a suggested list of things to bring: Parent Permission Form, Soccer ball, cleats, shoes for indoor soccer (in case of inclement weather – tennis shoes are fine), lunch (or pizza can be purchased at the camp store each day), water bottle, swimming gear, shinguards, sunscreen.

Q. ​What are lunch options?

Every day you may order pizza, pick up drinks, snacks, etc. at the camp store for a nominal fee. You may also bring a packed lunch.

Q. ​Do I need a physical in order to attend?

No. As long as you consult your physician and have your parents complete the Parent Permission Form, you may attend. We also need a copy of your health insurance card.

Q. ​What if I cannot attend camp after I sign up?

As long as you let us know in writing at least one week prior to camp, we will return all monies minus $200 of your deposit.

Q. ​Where do I get picked up and dropped off?

​Each day drop off is at 8:45am at Penn Park, located on 240 S 31st Street under the Walnut Bridge. Fields are adjacent to Penn Parking Lot. Pick up is at 4pm at the same location as drop off (on 240 S 31st Street under the Walnut Bridge). You may park in the lot to pick up your children.

REFUND POLICY

Canceling prior to two weeks from the start of the event- all monies will be returned, minus a $50 processing fee. Canceling eight-fourteen days prior to the first day of your selected camp- all monies are returned, minus a $100 Deposit.

Canceling within 7 days of camp- You will receive a credit for the tuition fee you have paid that is good toward next year’s camp– MINUS the DEPOSIT of up to $100. There are NO EXCEPTIONS made to this policy whether medical, personal or other.

If a registered camper fails to show up for a camp/clinic then all tuition MAY be forfeited.
There are no refunds or credits for campers who leave camp early for any reason or do not check in for camp after registering and do not notify the camp office prior to the first day of camp.  

*​​Penn Soccer Academy reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule any camp or clinic because of low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In the unfortunate case a camp or clinic is canceled, Penn Soccer Academy will issue a full refund of the cost of tuition. Penn cannot be held responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses, including but not limited to; cancellation/change fees assessed by airlines, hotels, car services or travel agencies.
